We make our handmade natural soap using the cold process method. The bars are made with Coconut Oil for a rich, fluffy lather, Olive Oil for moisturizing and conditioning, Palm Oil for a harder, longer lasting bar, Soybean, Almond & Jojoba Oils to stabilize the lather & further add more moisturizing qualities to the bar of soap. Our Soaps never contain Chemical detergents, Petroleum's or Animal Products. We use only unadulterated 100% pure Essential Oils & Absolutes to scent the soap, no synthetic Fragrances or Perfumes. Belle's Botanicals handmade natural soap bars are approximately 4.50 ounces each.

Excellent Product. Horrible Price. - oatmeal -
Lye soap is rumored to be good for all kinds of complaints, including rosacea, eczema, poison ivy, dandruf, oily skin, oily hair, and even - as the wrapper on this soap suggests - foul mouthed children.

I've had my eczema under control for a few years, but not my dandruf. My skin and hair have remained oily no matter what I do - not for lack of trying to control it, mind you. After a move, I started to have a pretty bad outbreak. I remmebered seeing this stuff in a local hardware store, so I thought I'd give it a try.

Oily skin? Not anymore. Hair? Nope. Dandruf? Seems under control. Eczema? It's only been a few days, but it's coming back under control.

Holy cow, this stuff is good.

Back at the hardware store again, it seemed that .99 per bar was a bit steep despite how good the stuff is (I bought more anyway). I came to Amazon today hoping that I'd find it for less.

More than twice what I paid? Are you kidding?

To heck with that. I can get it for less locally. There are even other sellers here who aren't making a 150% profit.
